Cookie Policy

Cookies, only if you let us

Cookies are small files that sites leave in your browser so they can recognise you later. This site leaves only the Google Analytics ones, and only after you answer yes to the question that appears at the bottom on your first visit.

If you answer no, or close it without answering, no cookie is left in your browser and you are not identified. The visit adds one to the month's total and nothing more: no cookie, no number of yours, no link to what you saw before or will see next. Your answer is kept in your own browser, so we do not ask again.

What the count sees

How many people came in, how they got here (Google search, social media, a link on another site), from which country, on which device and which pages they saw. It tells us whether the site is doing its job. There are no social media pixels, no advertising, and sharing your data with Google for advertising purposes is switched off.

The photographs, the video and the type on this site are still served from our own server. None of that follows you.

What happens when you use the form

Then yes, you send us your name, your email and your message, because that is what we need to reply. What we do with it is explained in the Privacy Policy.

If that ever changes

If we ever start using anything more, this page will say so plainly, and we will only use it once you have agreed. You can change your mind whenever you like by clearing this site’s data in your browser: the question comes back.
